Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Portfolio Management or Loan Review.
• Prior commercial workout experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Reviews loan files upon assignment to understand the transaction and circumstances.
• Takes appropriate action to enforce the bank's rights or position with respect to the loan and collateral.
• Discusses issues with supervisor, management, and/or legal counsel to develop strategies and solutions.
• Documents loan files with respect to actions taken and pertaining to each assigned account.
• Interacts with and directs the activities of commercial banking officers on accounts handled on a shared basis.
• Analyzes financial statements and performs cash flow analysis to assess borrower strength.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable regulations and ensures policy compliance.
• Develops and implements credit administration strategies to minimize potential loss.
