Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Commercial Loan Closings Specialist in Cincinnati to manage loan closings, due diligence, and documentation for Commercial loans.

You will ensure compliance with credit approvals and bank policies, coordinating with bankers, counsel, and internal teams. Responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, preparing closing packages, and handling LaserPro documents while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum two years banking experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial lending systems and loan documentation a plus.
• Experience with LaserPro or similar loan documentation software a plus.
• Experience with Capitalstream a plus.
• Prior office related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure loan closing aligns with credit approval and bank policies.
• Review due diligence documents and identify deficiencies.
• Coordinate closing portfolio for Commercial loans.
• Prepare LaserPro and other closing documents.
• Move loans through the loan origination process.
• Work with outside counsel to ensure documents are complete.
• Discuss issues with manager or legal counsel to develop solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to compliance training and bank policies.
