Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Account Executive to manage and retain a high volume Commercial Lines Property & Casualty book, delivering proactive service and strong client advocacy.

You will handle renewals, policy changes, billing and new policies, while maintaining market knowledge and professional communication with clients and carriers across our regional offices in Connecticut.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Minimum five years in Commercial Account Management or Commercial Underwriting.
• Property & Casualty License required; CIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume Commercial Lines P&C book with accuracy and timeliness.
• Build client loyalty through relationships, advocacy, and professional service.
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies, including renewals marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, appetites, underwriting guidelines, and procedures.
• Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Complete loss/claim analyses and summaries.
