Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC in New Jersey is seeking an experienced client-focused professional to lead middle and large account service with guidance. The role collaborates on strategy, supports mid-market placements, and ensures accurate documentation from binding to renewals.

The candidate should have 3+ years in Property & Casualty, possess a State P&C license, and demonstrate strong communication and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to obtain firsthand customer information and use it for improvements in placements and services.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver WIA service plan.
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meetings.
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis to improve placements.
• Collaborates on mid-market placements with Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth processes.
• Review, finalize and participate in proposal meetings.
• Document clients' orders to bind and review binder for accuracy.
• Participates in post-renewal meetings and stewardship planning for large clients.
• Oversee confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable.
