Job summary

World Insurance Associates, a leading insurance broker, seeks a results-driven insurance professional to lead client service on middle and large accounts from its New Jersey base. You will work with senior teams on strategy, renewal messaging, and placement processes to optimize coverage and pricing while expanding service offerings.

The role requires 3+ years of Property & Casualty experience, a valid state license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty insurance
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Fluency in English and Hindi a plus
• Experience with EPIC and policy management systems

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver WIA service plan
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meeting
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis
• Collaborates on mid-market placements and works with Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes
• Review, finalize and participate proposal meeting
• Document clients order to bind and review binder for accuracy
• Participates in post renewal meeting
• Participates in stewardship planning and delivery for large clients
• Oversight of confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable
