• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver service plan for clients.
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meetings and renewal messaging.
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis.
• Collaborates on mid-market placements and works with Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth placement processes.
• Review, finalize and participate in proposal meetings.
• Document clients orders to bind and review binder for accuracy.
• Participates in post renewal and stewardship planning for large clients.
• Oversight of confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable.
