Job summary

You will collaborate on strategy design, renewals, and stewardship, review exposures, and assist with mid-market placements and proposals.

The role requires 3+ years in Property & Casualty, a valid state Property & Casualty license, HS diploma, and proficiency with Excel and EPIC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver WIA service plan
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meeting
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis
• Collaborates on mid-market placements and works with Subject Matter Experts to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes, offering insights and recommendations.
• Review, finalize and participate proposal meeting
• Document client order to bind and review binder for accuracy
• Participates in post renewal meeting
• Participates in stewardship planning and delivery for large clients
• Oversight of confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable
