Job summary

Bank of Hope in the United States seeks a Relationship Manager for the BLC# Commercial Lending Center. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, overseeing loans, deposits, treasury management, and international services while building tailored growth plans.

You will develop credit packages, coordinate with underwriting, meet revenue goals, expand relationships, and ensure compliance across KYC/AML.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in banking.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and reporting.
• Fluent English written and advanced verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for customers’ banking needs including loans and treasury services.
• Develop and execute relationship development plans tailored to each client.
• Negotiate terms and communicate pricing with portfolio teams.
• Coordinate with underwriters and branch staff for a high-quality customer experience.
• Meet or exceed deposit, loan, fee income, and new customer targets.
