Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point of contact for customers’ comprehensive banking services and needs, including loans, deposits, treasury management, international trade services, and foreign exchange.
• Develop and execute a Relationship Development Plan tailored to each customer’s needs and annual updates.
• Negotiate terms and communicate pricing strategies with relevant units in written form.
• Meet or exceed deposits, loans, fee income, and new customer goals.
• Expand and retain relationships to maximize bank profitability through pricing and cross-selling.
