Job summary

Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Lending Officer to develop new and existing business relationships and deliver exceptional service to business members.

You will manage lending relationships from application through servicing while helping grow commercial loans, deposits, and membership. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree and at least 5 years of lending experience, with strong financial analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and credit evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in financial calculators and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships and strengthen existing member relationships.
• Meet with business loan applicants, explain lending requirements, and collect documentation.
• Analyze financial statements, credit information, collateral, and other data to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Monitor construction loans, conduct property inspections, and review loan advances as needed.
• Manage loan portfolios, including annual reviews, maturities, participations, delinquent accounts, and workouts.
• Build referral relationships with local businesses and community professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with members, prospects, and internal departments.
• Stay current on commercial lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
