Job summary

Siemens Energy in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead the commercial and financial aspects of the full sales and bid process for Substation projects, delivering complex bids from a commercial perspective.

You will partner with the Tender Manager, Sales Manager and legal teams to develop winning strategies, negotiate contracts, manage risk, and ensure bid submissions and post–bid activities align with IFRS and internal policies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in finance, business, or related field required.
• 5+ years in commercial sales or project management.
• Experience with EPC projects or data centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial and financial aspects of the bid process.
• Define contract structures and negotiate terms.
• Review customer requirements and manage risk and credit terms.
• Collaborate with Tender, Sales and Legal teams to ensure compliant bids.
• Support handover to execution for timely order booking.
