Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Team Lead Project Management Finance for EPC substation projects in North America. The role leads a Commercial Project Management team, driving financial planning, forecasting, revenue recognition and cash flow across complex engagements.

You will partner with PM, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and executive teams to mitigate risks, ensure contractual compliance, and deliver profitable outcomes while advancing strategic initiatives through improved governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in Commercial Project Management, Project Finance, or Commercial Controlling, in large EPC/energy/infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading Commercial Project Managers or project-based teams and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership for a portfolio of large EPC substation and Data Center projects, ensuring accurate planning, forecast, revenue recognition, cash flow and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Lead a team of ~5 Commercial Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and guiding complex commercial, contractual, and financial matters.
• Perform monthly financial closings, project reviews, forecasting, balance sheet reviews, and portfolio reporting with actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate across PM, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Supply Chain, Legal and Tax to drive risk management and profitable project outcomes.
• Support delivery by addressing commercial risks, customer negotiations, and compliance with negotiated contracts.
