Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Team Lead Project Management Finance – EPC Projects to guide a team of Commercial Project Managers across North America. You will drive the commercial execution of complex EPC substations and data center projects, ensuring governance, financial targets, and contractual compliance throughout the lifecycle.

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will manage risks, enable transparent reporting, and foster talent development while aligning with Siemens Energy Grid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in Commercial Project Management or project-based finance.
• Experience leading Commercial Project Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of PoC accounting, IFRS, revenue recognition, and cash flow.
• Experience with SAP and advanced MS Office; BI tools preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately five Commercial Project Managers focused on collaboration and professional development.
• Provide commercial leadership for a portfolio of large EPC substation and Data Center projects, ensuring accurate financial planning and revenue recognition.
• Identify and address commercial risks/opportunities and support customer negotiations.
• Lead monthly financial close, project reviews, and portfolio performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing and supply chain to address delivery challenges and execution risks.
