Job summary

Yellow Wagon Landscaping is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Account Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial maintenance clients in northern New Jersey. The role focuses on ownership of client relationships, contract understanding, quality service, and long-term profitability.

You will work with the Production Administrator and Field Supervisor, develop opportunities, and participate in leadership decisions while delivering consistent, high-value outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in commercial landscape maintenance or related role.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and service contracts.
• Comfort with budgets, estimates, job costing, and account profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients and property managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Understand each property's contract, scope of work, expectations, and priorities.
• Regularly inspect properties and proactively identify service and horticultural needs.
• Communicate client priorities clearly to the Production Administrator and Field Supervisor.
• Monitor overall performance and profitability of assigned accounts.
• Identify, develop, estimate, and present enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve service issues and fulfill contractual commitments.
• Participate as a member of Yellow Wagon's leadership team.
• Help improve systems and processes for serving clients.
