Job summary

Landscape Workshop is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth of our commercial landscape maintenance services in the Southeast. You will manage maintenance crews, foster client relationships, and partner with sales to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience leading landscape maintenance crews, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance crews and interfacing with customers.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of crews and coordinates with other Account Managers.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through relationship-building and site visits.
• Identifies resources needed for team and assigns responsibilities.
• Provides horticulture training support to crew leaders and handles equipment needs.
• Maintains a safe environment for employees and clients.
• Communicates business development opportunities with team and sales.
• Tracks and reports team hours, expenses, and extra sales weekly.
• Assists Branch Manager with project budgets and conducts status meetings.
