• Strong market analysis and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency systems like Applied/EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines and processes for new business and renewals.
• Develop marketing strategies for select accounts.
• Negotiate coverage terms with carriers.
• Prepare submissions with ACORD applications.
• Maintain carrier relationships and stay updated on appetites.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors and support teams.
• Ensure licensing compliance.
