Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Placement Specialist to manage the end-to-end insurance placement process for mid-to-large market accounts. You will coordinate timelines, analyze exposures, and prepare competitive proposals in collaboration with client teams and carrier partners.

You will review policies, assist with submissions, and support strategic coverage recommendations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. On-site collaboration is expected to optimize team performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant insurance experience required, focused on middle to large market placements.
• Applicable insurance license currently held is required.
• College degree preferred; professional designation pursued preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts, including timelines, exposure analysis, and proposals.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors, Account Services, and carriers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare submissions, loss summaries, exposure schedules, and ACORD applications; analyze client data for strategy.
