Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a Client Manager to support Producers and deliver exceptional service to assigned clients within the ESPI Programs department. You will manage day-to-day service needs, coordinate renewals and new business, and ensure accurate policy administration.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders, in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client management, insurance program support, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverages, underwriting, and carrier relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Sagitta, ImageRight, Broker Buddha, and PowerBroker AI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and daily service needs.
• Support Producers in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinate tasks with Assistant Account Managers to ensure timely service.
• Assist in defining marketing strategies, collecting client data, and preparing submissions.
• Manage policy administration and renewal activities in Sagitta and related systems.
