Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a seasoned client service professional to analyze and tailor commercial insurance programs. You will guide risk management discussions, negotiate renewals, and coordinate with producers, underwriters, and legal advisors to align coverage with transaction objectives.

The role emphasizes collaboration across EPIC, strong communication, and deep insurance knowledge, including license requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of client service, or High School degree with a minimum of 7 years of client service.
• Team-oriented self-starter with the ability to organize, prioritize, monitor, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and demands.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teams across EPIC.
• Insurance technical skills; knowledge of coverage forms, gaps, and ongoing consultation.
• Receptive to feedback; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance programs to identify risks, coverage deficiencies, liabilities, and exposures.
• Implement post-close insurance strategies, including entity additions/removals and tail/run-off coverage placement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on complex commercial insurance programs, renewal strategy, and carrier negotiations.
• Collaborate with clients, producers, underwriters, legal counsel, and advisors to deliver integrated risk solutions.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering guidance on risk management and coverage structures.
