EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Commercial Insurance - Assistant Client Manager in our ESPI Programs Division. The role provides essential administrative support to Client Managers in a fast-paced environment within a hybrid Chicago office.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Property & Casualty experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and service orientation, able to work both in teams and independently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience (Property & Casualty).
• Attention to detail, time management and data entry skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building abilities; excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Service clients with Client Managers in ESPI Programs Division.
• Process Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, loss runs, and related items.
• Educate clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and needs.
• Meet quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management System.
• Support the sales process as needed.
