Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Manager to support Producers, Client Advocates, Client Executives, and Senior Client Managers. You will manage client service delivery for a book largely comprised of Charter Schools, focusing on commercial property and casualty insurance and expansion of client relationships.

The role is client-facing, team-oriented, and requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the Dallas, Austin, or Houston office.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) year prior Commercial Insurance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience considered.
• Broker’s license is required; insurance designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, mail, and email in a professional manner.
• Document communications and policy changes in Sagitta and Image Right.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and audits accurately and timely.
• Identify client needs and provide proactive insurance solutions and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Support client service delivery throughout the renewal and policy period for a charter schools book.
