Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Two+ years experience in a mid-size brokerage or carrier.
• Working knowledge of Agency Management Systems, rating procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and demands.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, and servicing items for clients across regions.
• Assist clients with policy coverages and options; identify gaps and needs.
• Collaborate with Producers to meet service needs and renewals.
• Maintain client files and carrier relationships; stay current with industry trends.
• Provide exceptional client service and timely communication.
