Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Account Executive to deliver day-to-day client service, manage renewals, and support onboarding for new clients. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and proactive client communication.

You will answer client questions, process cancellations, document transactions, coordinate with insurers, and use Sagitta to streamline the workflow from proposal to policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client service in insurance is preferred.
• Experience handling renewals and new business intake is preferred.
• Proven ability to document transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions and resolve issues.
• Manage renewal process for existing clients.
• Document customer service transactions in the system.
• Handle changes in exposure and related endorsements.
• Forward contract reviews and certificates of insurance to the appropriate resources.
• Issue Auto ID Cards and update account information.
• Assist with invoicing, processing, and financing where appropriate.
