Salem Five Bank’s Insurance division in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Woburn, Danvers, Gloucester, Plymouth or Norwood offices. You will deliver proactive service to a high-volume client portfolio and work closely with underwriters to ensure accurate policy management.

You’ll review renewals, provide tailored insurance solutions, and pursue opportunities to cross-sell while maintaining the highest standards of client care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related experience
• Minimum of 3 years Personal Lines experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Instar Systems is a plus

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of high-volume personal lines clients and deliver tailored service.
• Be the primary contact for clients and handle insurance needs with professionalism.
• Review renewals and discuss options to optimize coverages.
• Prepare price quotes for clients and process paperwork and RMV forms.
• Oversee policy lifecycle from quote to renewal and claims support.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms.
