Job summary

Salem Five Bank Insurance seeks an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a high-volume portfolio. You will deliver tailored coverage, handle quotes, endorsements, renewals, and proactive client service with professionalism and expertise.

The position supports clients across Massachusetts from multiple offices, including Woburn, Danvers, Gloucester, Plymouth and Norwood. You will provide strategic advice, monitor accounts, analyze data, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–3 years related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years Personal Lines experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Instar Systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-volume and complex personal lines customers.
• Serve as primary contact for clients handling all insurance needs.
• Develop and maintain deep client relationships and provide strategic insurance solutions.
• Review expiration reports and discuss renewal options with clients.
