Frost Insurance Agency in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to market, service, and support Producers and Account Executives. Qualifications

• License: Texas General Lines Agent (P&C) or attainment within 90 days
• 2+ years in commercial insurance; or Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year insurance experience; or CISR/TIIA designation in Commercial Lines
• Ability to retain a Book of Business between $450,000 and $650,000
• Organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Producer in identifying account-rounding and coverage enhancements
• Analyze quotes and coverages to select best options for clients
• Review new/renewal policies for accuracy in rating and coverage
• Provide policy service including changes, payments, claims, and third-party communications
• Assist in presenting FIA products and renewal strategies; prepare proposals
• Respond to coverage, policy, billing, claims, and underwriting inquiries
• Collect risk and underwriting data including census and loss history
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting/rating info and electronic files
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
