Job summary

Frost Insurance Agency seeks a Commercial Account Manager to market, service, and support Producers and Account Executives. You will expand assigned accounts and improve documentation, using collaboration and analytics to drive better outcomes.

The role requires a Texas license or progress toward it, plus 2+ years in commercial insurance and strong communication skills. The team values integrity and service excellence as part of Frost’s 150+ year legacy in Texas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the commercial insurance field or equivalent
• Licensing required within 90 days or already held
• Ability to manage a Book of Business between $450,000 and $650,000
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the Producer in identifying account-rounding and coverage enhancement opportunities
• Analyze carrier quotes and coverages to determine best options for the client
• Review new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating and coverage
• Provide policy service including changes, payments, claims and third-party communications
• Assist in presenting FIA products to new and existing customers with renewal strategies and proposals
• Respond to research requests on coverage, policy problems, billing, claims history and underwriting issues
• Collect risk and underwriting information such as census, survey data and loss history
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting and rating information and keep electronic files up to date
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve win-win outcomes
