Qualifications

• Texas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C) or attainment within 90 days.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review policies and policy changes for accuracy and completeness; notify senior staff of discrepancies.
• Process policy alterations with carriers to fulfill client requests.
• Invoice and deliver policy documents to clients for records and communication.
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage as requested.
• Follow up on billing notices and non-payments to minimize risk of defaults.
• Assist in issuing renewal summaries and applications for Producers to review with clients.
• Order Loss Runs to assess claim activity for account remarketing.
