Job summary

ALKEME Insurance in Wheeling, IL seeks a Commercial Account Manager to support Sales/Account Executives, service clients, and handle account changes. You will prepare applications, issue policies and certificates, and coordinate with carriers for quotes and binders.

Manage client communications, billing, and claims status per agency procedures. The ideal candidate has a college degree with 3–5 years of insurance experience, or equivalent, and a valid Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and markets.

• Ability to perform complex tasks with multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Sales/Account Executives in analyzing client needs.
• Assist with prospect/client meetings when needed.
• Prepare applications, binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and related items.
• Coordinate billing method and issue invoices.
• Review audits and facilitate corrections between clients and carriers.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applied EPIC system.
