Job summary

Alkeme Insurance is seeking a Commercial Account Manager for our Omaha, Nebraska office. You will support Sales/Account Executives, service clients, and manage account changes while upholding our quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years of insurance experience, and a valid Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license. Daily tasks include processing applications, issuing documents, billing coordination, and maintaining Epic system records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of prior insurance experience, preferably at a retail insurance brokerage.
• Valid Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and markets.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to explain complex issues and interpret information.
• Ability to perform complex tasks with multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Sales Executives and Account Executives in analyzing client needs.
• Submit applications to carriers and follow up for quotations.
• Order and issue binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements; ensure accuracy.
• Determine billing method and invoice accordingly.
• Assist clients with first claims and follow up on claims status.
• Maintain accurate information in the Applied EPIC system.
