Alkeme Intermediary Holdings, LLC in Sandy, UT is seeking a Commercial Accounts Manager to support Sales Executives and service client accounts within the Commercial Lines department. This on-site role requires strong insurance knowledge and excellent communication to analyze client needs and prepare applications and quotes.

You will issue binders, certificates, and endorsements, determine billing methods, review policy audits, and coordinate claim processing.

Qualifications

College degree with 3+ years insurance experience, or 5+ years experience.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and markets.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to explain complex issues and interpret information.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Executives/Account Executives and assist clients with service needs and account changes.
Complete applications in coordination with Sales Executives/Account Executives, submit to eligible carriers, and follow up to obtain quotations.
Order and issue binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and related items; verify accuracy and forward to clients with appropriate correspondence.
Determine billing method (direct or agency) and invoice accordingly.
Review audits of policies, verify accuracy, and coordinate corrections between client and carrier.
