Job summary

Alkeme Intermediary Holdings, LLC is seeking a Commercial Account Manager in Iowa City, IA to support Sales Executives with client service, applications, endorsements, and billing coordination. You will maintain client records and assist with claims follow-up, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent insurance experience and a valid Property & Casualty license, with strong communication and analytical skills to service commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Must have college degree or equivalent experience in insurance.
• Valid Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages and markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Sales Executives/Account Executives in analyzing client needs.
• Assist clients with service requests and account changes; process applications and endorsements.
• Maintain accurate information in the agency systems and follow up on quotes and claims.
