ALKEME Insurance seeks an Account Manager for Personal Lines to meet client needs with prompt, accurate service and to grow the personal lines book. You will handle renewals, changes, and client inquiries, while maintaining detailed client information and assisting with claims reporting.

The role emphasizes managing complex accounts, expanding lines of coverage, and fostering strong relationships with clients, carriers, and COIs, in a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• College education with a minimum of 3 years insurance experience or a minimum of 5 years insurance experience.
• Must hold a valid Property Casualty Broker-Agent license.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with others to explain complex issues.
• Knowledge of insurance products and usages.
• Knowledge of insurance markets and reference to markets.
• Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complex accounts.
• Process renewal and change requests with emphasis on Personal Lines Insurance Risk Management.
• Prepare review letters on an annual basis with client recommendations.
• Assist clients with reporting claims.
• Maintain accurate and current information in the Applied EPIC system.
• Solicit and process additional lines of coverage for all accounts.
• Provide basic information on all personal lines and direct clients accordingly.
• Maintain courteous relationships with clients, carriers, COIs and other contacts.
• Keep informed on industry information and product updates to improve knowledge and performance.
