ALKEME Insurance is seeking a Commercial Account Manager in Ladera Ranch, CA for a hybrid/onsite role within the Commercial Lines team. You will support Sales Executives and clients, handle service requests, process applications, and help issue policies.

The ideal candidate has a college degree or equivalent insurance experience and a valid Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license. Excellent verbal and written communication, insurance product knowledge, and multitasking ability are essential.

Qualificações

• College degree or 3+ years insurance experience required.
• Valid Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages and markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to Sales/Account Executives and clients.
• Assist with applications, carrier submissions and quotes.
• Order and issue binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements.
• Handle billing methods and client invoicing according to guidance.
• Prepare summaries, audits, and proposals; maintain EPIC system data.
• Support claims submissions and follow up on status as needed.
