Job summary

Alkeme Insurance in Franklin Square, NY is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to support Sales Executives and service clients with account changes on-site. You will prepare applications, quotes, and documentation while maintaining accurate files in the Applied EPIC system.

The role requires a college degree with insurance experience or 5 years in the field, plus a valid Property & Casualty license. You will manage client relationships, assist with claims, and help ensure the highest service

Qualifications

• College degree with insurance experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of products, coverages, and markets.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Sales/Account Executives and analyze client needs.
• Assist in client meetings and prepare applications, quotes, and proposals.
• Issue binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and related items with accuracy.
• Determine billing method and invoice accordingly.
• Maintain and update client information in Applied EPIC system.
• Support client in submitting first claims and tracking status.
