Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial FP&A to partner with the Commercial organization, translating performance metrics into actionable forecasts and strategic decisions. You will connect Sales pipeline data with financial projections, enhance visibility into bookings, ACV, and revenue, and develop analyses on sales compensation and customer unit economics.

This role blends hands-on analysis with cross-functional influence across Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Commercial

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of progressive commercial and financial experience in high-growth or subscription-based business.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise planning tools (NetSuite, NSPB).
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with CRM and Commercial tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner for the Commercial organization, translating performance into insights.
• Build models linking KPIs to ACV and revenue forecasts for growth investments and efficiency.
• Lead analysis for high-visibility initiatives using scenario analysis and cost-benefit modeling.
• Own the bookings and ACV forecast bridge, reconciling Salesforce with finance forecast.
• Develop unit economics and model sales compensation and quota economics.
• Lead monthly close, reforecasting, and annual budgeting with cross-functional data sources.
