• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, warranties, indemnities, IP, data protection terms.
• Provide practical legal guidance balancing risk and commercial objectives.
• Advise on service-level commitments, performance obligations, and risk allocation.
• Support contract lifecycle management and template development.
• Coordinate with senior lawyers and external counsel as needed.
