TP-Link Systems Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Counsel, Commercial, to serve as the primary legal advisor to TP-Link’s sales and marketing teams.

You will draft, review, and negotiate broad commercial agreements and partner with business leaders to drive strategic transactions. The role requires a JD, California bar admission, 8+ years in technology or consumer products, and a business‑minded approach to risk.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• California state bar membership or CA Registered In-House Counsel.
• 8+ years in commercial transactions and sales/marketing counseling in tech or consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements across channels (retail, e‑commerce, B2B, subscription).
• Advise on commercial structures, recurring revenue models, and risk in channel programs and strategic deals.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and scalable processes to improve efficiency and velocity.
