Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned business banking professional to develop profitable account relationships and grow profitability across a portfolio of clients. You will identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and build a referral network to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has extensive sales experience, strong credit analysis, and a proven ability to manage complex deals from strategy to close in a dynamic market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to nine or more years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel (local and regional, some national).
• Experience in business card sales/payments and mid-size to large clients is preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, discover, and drive deals from strategy through close.

Responsibilities

• Develops profitable business account relationships and increases profitability from existing and new accounts.
• Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
• Makes sales presentations to existing and/or prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs.
• Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
