Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience.
• 10–15 years of business development experience.
• 5–7 years of lending/underwriting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Relationship Banking team and oversee revenue performance for the Profit Center.
• Drive new client acquisition and expand relationships through targeted calls and joint coaching.
• Manage team capacity and performance by segment, delegating and using sales metrics.
