Johnson Financial Group is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in Wisconsin to grow revenue by developing profitable loan, deposit, and fee-based relationships with small business and traditional commercial clients.

The RM will consult with clients to tailor financial solutions, manage risk, and present loan recommendations to senior leaders. This role emphasizes relationship development, cross-selling, and proactive portfolio management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years banking experience; understands basic business financial statements.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred, developing effective prospecting skills, is good at client servicing and follow-through.
• BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market JFG as the “First Choice” provider of financial products and services; actively prospect to identify needs and recommend structured solutions; cross-sell across treasury management, wealth management, and private banking services.
• Maintain quality client relationships; hold regular meetings with business owners and executives to determine credit size, terms, and pricing.
• Analyze client financial statements to determine credit capacity, leverage, and cash flows; negotiate loan documentation.
• Complete timely credit renewals, annual reviews, and collect financial statements; produce credit memos for senior executives; manage risk ratings.
• Develop loan/credit presentations and deliver them to senior executives; answer questions about customer performance and management.
