Johnson Financial Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to drive revenue by developing, managing, and growing profitable commercial loans, deposits, and fee-based relationships.

You will proactively consult with current and prospective clients to deliver tailored financial solutions, coordinate across treasury, wealth, and private banking services, and maintain strong client relationships with senior executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years banking experience; understands basic business financial statements.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred, developing effective prospecting skills, is good at client servicing and follow-through.
• BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market JFG as the 'First Choice' provider of financial products and services; actively prospect to identify needs and recommend structured solutions.
• Develop and maintain quality client relationships; hold regular meetings with business owners and senior executives.
• Develop terms and conditions in line with loan policy and assess credit capacity and cash flows.
• Complete timely credit renewals, annual credit reviews, and prepare credit memos for senior executives.
• Deliver written and oral loan presentations and answer questions about customer performance.
