Job summary

Johnson Financial Group’s Private Banking team seeks a Relationship Manager to drive proactive business development and manage an existing private client portfolio in Milwaukee. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in financial industry in a client-facing role.
• Credit skills and cash flow, balance sheet, income statement and tax analysis.
• Relevant certifications or advanced degrees preferred; work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an individual business plan for new client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Deliver a distinctive client experience leveraging wealth, mortgage, insurance, brokerage and commercial banking.
• Proactively engage portfolio and match client needs with JFG Partners to close new business.
• Manage complex deposit and credit solutions with ongoing administration.
• Utilize CRM as the primary tool for managing client relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales, cross-sales and referral goals.
