Qualifications

• Experience with relationship management and client service in private banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open, close and maintain client accounts in banking systems.
• Help clients use online and mobile banking platforms.
• Assist with loan requests: gather documents, prepare packages, review for accuracy.
• Process wire transfers, funds transfers, lines of credit, and loan payments.
• Manage client inquiries; problem-solve and work independently when needed.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and client-facing documents.
• Schedule client meetings and support Private Banking events.
• Utilize CRM to manage relationships and client activity.
