Johnson Financial Group (JFG) seeks a Relationship Banker to join our Consumer Banking team in Wisconsin. You will manage an existing portfolio, open deposits and loans on demand, and proactively develop business with Target Market clients to deepen relationships and provide tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years financial services experience; minimum 3 year banking/lending experience required; strong lending experience; proven sales track record with referrals across product lines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; tuition reimbursement offered for advanced study.
• NMLS registration will be obtained upon hire.
• Excellent client service and communication skills are essential.
• Eligible for profit sharing bonus.
• Logo wear allowance provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Advise consumer and small business clients on deposit accounts, loans and related products.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio and deepen relationships; acquire new clients.
• Utilize technology to enhance the client experience.
• Meet and exceed goals for loans, deposits and referrals.
• Refer clients to business partners to expand relationships across lines of business.
• Collaborate with branch team and stay informed about competitor products.
• Follow operational procedures and security policies.
• May cover teller line and perform cash handling duties as needed.
