Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in commercial banking or financial services
• 2 years in Commercial Banking or 4 years in related client-facing financial services
• Overtime exempt; full-time position with incentive eligibility

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategy for high-value retention and expansion clients
• Deliver knowledgeable finance solutions and optimize revenue opportunities
• Isolate client needs and proactively propose solutions
• Collaborate with business partners in a team-based delivery model
• Plan and execute client/prospect calls focused on advisory delivery
• Manage transaction processes from engagement to close including pricing and approvals
• Apply credit discipline and pricing discretion
• Develop practices through Relationship Management processes and training
