Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years experience in Commercial Banking or eight (8) years experience in closely related client-facing financial services
• Or High school diploma or GED and nine (9) years experience in Commercial Banking or twelve (12) years experience in closely related client-facing financial services
• Commercial Banking experience
• Relevant graduate degree
• Relationship Management experience
• Credit/Analyst experience

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and develop relationship strategy for high-value retention and expansion clients and acquisition targets
• Deliver knowledgeable advice and solutions, institutionalize client relationships, and optimize revenue opportunities to the Commercial Bank
• Isolate current and emerging client needs and proactively introduce solutions
• Identify and work with relevant business partners in a team-based delivery model
• Plan and execute quality client/prospect calls, centered around advice-driven delivery
• Manage transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including structure, pricing, internal approval / compliance processes and documentation
• Exercise credit acumen and pricing discipline
• Develop consistent practices learned through the Relationship Management Process and relevant credit training
