Fifth Third in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager III to grow a profitable portfolio and lead relationship strategies with high-revenue clients. You will work with product partners in Treasury, Capital Markets, and Wealth Mgmt to tailor solutions while managing risk and compliance.

Ideal candidates have extensive credit knowledge, robust sales experience, and the ability to coordinate with Portfolio Managers and internal partners to expand revenues.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or Master's in Business/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years Commercial Banking experience with sales focus.
• Formalized commercial credit training or underwriting experience preferred.
• Strong analysis of financial statements and cash flow.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through new and existing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships using centers of influence.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen relationships and win new clients.
• Attend industry events to expand networks and stay updated on trends.
• Analyze client needs and tailor strategies with Treasury/Capital Market solutions.
• Monitor credit exposure and ensure risk is managed within guidelines.
• Meet clients regularly to maintain trusted advisor relationships.
• Utilize CRM and call reports to track activity and pipeline.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers on requests.
• Travel regionally for client meetings.
