Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (Finance, Accounting) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, with at least 5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience.
• Proven track record of partnership with investment bankers to provide strategic and capital market advice.
• Strong analytical skills, including review of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships by leveraging centers of influence and referrals.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
• Deepen existing relationships with internal partners to grow revenue.
• Attend industry events to broaden networks and knowledge of trends.
• Analyze financial information to determine viable credit requests and tailored solutions.
• Monitor client performance and credit exposure; collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers.
• Meet with customers regularly to maintain trusted advisor relationships and deliver wholistic solutions.
• Utilize CRM for activity tracking, call reports, and pipeline management.
