Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years Commercial Banking experience, at least 5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build new and existing client business translating to increased revenue.
• Strong business acumen with financial statement analysis knowledge.
• Knowledge of Commercial, Treasury Management, and alternative lending options.
• Ability to assess client needs and profitability drivers.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM sales tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships using centers of influence and referrals.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire new ones.
• Attend industry forums and meetings to broaden networks and knowledge.
• Work with product partners to tailor relationship strategies for clients.
• Meet with customers regularly to ensure business needs are met.
• Utilize consultative selling and CRM reporting to enhance client experience.
• Monitor client financial performance and credit exposure on an ongoing basis.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers per guidelines.
